Designed to be a set-and-forget system, these locks are compatible with any garage door motor opener ever made. After installation, they operate seamlessly with your existing system.

When you use your garage remote key fob to open the door, the locks will automatically disengage, allowing the door to open. When you close the door using the remote, it will close immediately; once fully closed, the locks will automatically re-engage and remain locked until you use the garage door remote again to open it.
